Breakfast!!!

I am not a person that enjoys having breakfast, I don't know why but, I have never made in a big part of my day to wake up and make food for brekkie. I know it's the most important meal of the day and I should have something to eat in the morning but I don't. So if I am ever going to have breakfast it needs to be amazing. And that's what it was..............

Bath Time

Hello everyone,
Tonight I thought that I would treat myself to Bath. Bath time used to be something that was quite common when I was a little child but, as we have grown older bath's seem to be far apart. Nothing can be more relaxing than taking a nice warm bath.

The bath bomb that I used is one of my favorites, It makes the bath a deep blue, with dashes of pinks and purples and lighter blues. As well as fine glitter even though it is a job to clean the glitter of the bottom of your bath it is well worth it. It left my skin smooth and moisturized and the other products that I used helped as well.

Rainbow cupcakes

Hello everyone,
Today I decided that I was in a baking mood, and thought that it would be a great idea to bake some cupcakes (Rainbow ones).

I decided that I am not advanced enough to make then from scratch so, Greens vanilla cake mix it is. I prepared the cakes like normal. Then sectioned the batter into four. You can chose to do more colours if that's what you want. The colours that I went for were Yellow, Green, Blue and pink. By, the way I made less of the blue batter as the blue tense to overpower the other colours sometimes. I then layered the colours starting with yellow, green, blue, red and repeating till the cupcake cases were 3/4 full. Then baked for 15 minutes on 160 degrees celsius Fanforce. 

I know what your thinking no icing but I like the simplicity for the plain cakes and they still tasted great. Feel free to add icing I recommend plain white buttercream. You can even buy white dye which will come in handy for making white icing.

Bedside tables

Hi Guys, 
Today I thought that I would do a blog post in nightstands or bedside tables as I have just renewed my one. A nightstand can say a lot about a person, It may reflect their personality simple and sophisticated or sleek or even cluttered and unorganised. Bedside tables are a multi-functional piece of furniture. A place to keep your books, your Pre-bed essentials, candles, drinks even tissues. These are some of the main features I use on my night stand.  

 This is a fake plant that I purchased from Kmart, It adds a hint of greenery to my nightstand and ties everything in.

 This is a rose gold frame that I also purchased from Kmart. Rose gold is becoming quite a trend at the moment and I love it. The succulent and the frame, work well together.

This is a glass box with a rose gold rim tieing the frame and the box together. I find having something like this even a small tray is useful as before you go to bed, normally jewellery is taken off and can be placed inside the box until the next morning. Unfortunately, I bought this item a while back and it can not be brought from where I purchased it which was KikKi K, but I am sure there are other alternative.

This is my chosen Lamp I also purchased it a while back and I am unable to find the link from the supplier. This lamp adds a modern twist. The colour white really pops and brings everything together with its simplicity.

Hi I'm Madi,
This is my first blog post on this blog and I am super excited to see where this will take me. For some a first blog post may not be a big deal but, to me it is. This is the first post on this blog and it has to stand out.

When thinking how to introduce myself and my blog this is what I came up with. Welcome to you and to me. Welcome to this blog, that hopeful with be a place for clarity from the outside world a place to almost escape. For the next two or so mintiute I want to just think of who you are. This blog will be devoted to many popular subjects as well as my bubbly personality and a dash of quirkyness. Hopeful that will devliver to be the blog that I hope it will be. This blog will include various things like beauty, Room decor, Fashion, Inspirtation, laughter and so much more. I am so happy that I am starting this and hope that this small blog that I write while I am sitting on my desk in my room with my leprad print robe on makes a differents in some peoples life.

Anyway, I would also like to say that I am not a beauty blogger, I am simply a girl who whats to inspire others in anyway possible. So if you are looking for someone that blogs about all there makeup and shoes you have come to the wrong place.
